A graduate of The College of Wooster (BA), The University of Dayton (MA), and The Ohio State University (Ph.D.), she is a psychologist in Ohio and a Certified Diplomat in African Centered/Black Psychology.
Since founding her private practice in 1998, Dr. Chapman has specialized in psychological evaluations, cognitive-behavioral therapies, and forensic assessments for agencies like the Social Security Administration, Workers’ Compensation, the Veteran Administration, and Immigration Services. Her extensive career also includes serving as a forensic examiner, independent medical examiner, and crisis intervention specialist, bringing a wealth of expertise to her work.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Chapman is a passionate educator and advocate. Through her nonprofit, the P.E.A.C.E. Task Force, Inc., she has dedicated herself to promoting psychological education and community support.
